Spread the cauliflower in an even layer on the readied heating sheet. Exchange to the stove and sear for 3-4 minutes, until the cauliflower is simply starting to burn on the edges.

3. In the interim, heat the olive oil in an expansive skillet over medium warmth. Include the onion and cook 5 minutes or until fragrant. Include the rest of the garlic and ginger, cooking an additional 5 minutes. Blend in the garam masala, curry powder, turmeric, and cayenne, and cook until fragrant, around 1 minute.

4. Include the tomato glue and remaining 2 containers coconut milk. Mix to join, heat the sauce to the point of boiling, cook 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens marginally. Mix in coconut oil. In the event that the sauce appears to be thick, slim with 1/2 to 1/2 extra coconut milk or water. Include the cauliflower and any juices on the dish and cook, blending periodically, until the sauce thickens marginally, around 5 minutes. Expel from the warmth and blend in the cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Serve the cauliflower and sauce over dishes of rice with new naan and mango chutney, whenever wanted.
