1 tablespoon avocado oil 

1 container slashed onion 

1 container slashed celery 

1 container slashed turnip or potato 

2 1/2 mugs slashed sweet potato 

2 minced garlic cloves 

1 teaspoon ocean salt 

1 teaspoon dark pepper 

2 teaspoons dried thyme 

1 container green or darker lentils 

1 container red lentils 

1 - 2 tablespoons turmeric I like 2 

1 teaspoon ginger 

1 teaspoon cumin 

4 mugs vegetable juices 

2 mugs water 

1 container almond milk 

1 container spinach 

1 container crisp herbs I like parsley 

Directions 

Warmth the oil in a substantial stockpot or dutch broiler. Include onions, celery, turnip, potato and garlic and saute for around 5 minutes until everything diminishes somewhat. Season with salt, pepper and thyme and cook around 2 minutes. 

Include lentils, turmeric, ginger and cumin and saute 1 - 2 minutes, at that point include the stock and water. Heat the soup to the point of boiling, spread and lessen to stew for 30 minutes.
