spring detox cauliflower plate of mixed greens 


Fixings 

Cauli Plate of mixed greens: 

1 14-ounce can chickpeas, depleted and washed 

stew powder, salt, and pepper 

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets 

1 apple, cut dainty 

1 shallot, cut dainty 

a bunch of parsley and mint, hacked 

2 firm avocados, cut into pieces 

Container Dressing: 

2 tablespoons grainy mustard 

2 tablespoons nectar 

1/4 container olive oil 

1/4 container water 

squeeze and get-up-and-go of one lime 

salt and pepper, to taste 

Directions 

Chickpeas: Preheat stove to 400 degrees. Spot chickpeas on a heating sheet fixed with material. Shower with olive oil and sprinkle with bean stew powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Broil for 20-30 minutes until fresh and carmelized.
