Tortellini Soup with Italian Hotdog and Kale

Fixings 

1 lb mild italian hotdog, ground 

1 onion, minced 

6 garlic cloves, minced 

1 quart chicken stock 

1 (14 oz can) crushed tomatoes 

2 tbsp tomato glue 

1 tsp salt 

1 bunch kale, stems expelled 

1 (10 oz) bag tortellini, new (not dried) 

1 cup heavy cream 

parmesan cheddar (discretionary) 

¼ tsp red pepper drops (discretionary) 

Technique 

Warmth a vast soup pot over medium-high warmth. 

Include the frankfurter, onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until the onions are delicate a translucent, around 5 minutes. (Deplete off any over the top fat.) 

Include the chicken stock, pounded tomatoes and tomato glue. Race until tomato glue is completely consolidated. 

Heat to the point of boiling, season with salt at that point stew for 15 minutes. 

Include the kale, tortellini and overwhelming cream. 

Stew for 3-5 minutes until the kale is shriveled and the pasta is delicate. 

Present with parmesan cheddar and red pepper chips whenever wanted.
