Mexican Stuffed Chime Peppers - loaded down with ground hamburger, dark beans, rice, tomatoes, spiced perfectly with Mexican flavors, finished with ground Cheddar and Mozzarella cheddar. Prepared in a meatless tomato sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound ground hamburger
2 teaspoons bean stew powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 glass rice , cooked, or 1/2 container rice (uncooked)
8 oz dark beans from the can, flushed
1 tomato , slashed into little cuts
6 green ringer peppers , medium size
2/3 container tomato sauce (meatless marinara sauce)
2/3 container water or utilize less - decide for yourself
1/4 container mozzarella cheddar , destroyed
1/4 container cheddar , destroyed
Directions
Preheat stove to 350 degrees F.
Warmth the skillet on stove top until hot, include olive oil - it should sizzle. Promptly include ground meat and cook it always blending intill pleasantly carmelized and cooked through.
