Fixings

2 lobster tails 5-7 ounces each

For lemon garlic margarine:

2 tablespoons margarine liquefied

2 tablespoons lemon squeeze around 1 lemon

1 huge clove garlic minced

For bread piece blend:

2 tablespoons panko bread pieces

2 tablespoons ground parmesan cheddar

1 tablespoon spread dissolved

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon salt

For trimming:

new dill

lemon cuts

Directions

Use scissors to cut through the highest point of the shell (round hard side), slicing through piece of the meat and halting before the tail. Cautiously pry open the shell sufficiently wide with the goal that you can isolate the meat from the shell, however keep it joined at the tail. Lift the meat up and over the shell.

Join all lemon garlic spread fixings in a bowl, mixing to blend. Brush along lobster tails to coat.

Set the stove rack around 8 creeps from the oven fire. Turn the oven on at high setting.

Sear the lobster tails until cooked through, around 10 minutes.

While hanging tight for the lobster tails to cook, join and mix together the bread scrap blend.

Expel the lobster tails from the stove and best with bread piece blend. Return the lobster tails to the stove to sear for another 1-2 minutes until fresh.

Serve promptly and alternatively decorate with new dill and lemon cuts.
