LEMON Enchantment CAKE CUPCAKES 


Fixings 

4 eggs isolated, at room temperature 

1 Tbsp water 

1/2 glass + 2 Tablespoons (5.3 oz 150 g) sugar 

1 stick + 2 tsp margarine softened, (125 g) 

3/4 glass (4 oz 115 g) flour 

1/2 mugs + 3 Tbsp milk tepid, 420 ml 

1 tsp vanilla concentrate 

2 lemons, juice (around 1/3 glass; 80 ml) and get-up-and-go 

Guidelines 

In a bowl, blend egg whites with 1 tsp lemon juice until firm. 

In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with water, sugar and vanilla until light. Include softened margarine and beat for one more moment. Include the flour and blend it in. 

At that point include the tepid milk (on the off chance that it isn't tepid, the spread will solidify), lemon squeeze and pizzazz and beat until very much joined.
