APRICOT Pad Treats
Fixings
Batter:
1 3/4 containers flour, filtered
1/2 tsp lemon get-up-and-go
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz (225 g) cream cheddar delicate to room temperature
1 container spread delicate to room temperature
FILLING:
1 container quality apricot jelly
Directions
