Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs 


Fixings 

2-2 1/2 pounds best sirloin steak, cut of fat and cut into 2 1/2-inch pieces (see note) 

1 pound child yellow potatoes quartered (or split in the event that they are as of now under 1 inch in size, see note) 

3 tablespoons olive oil 

salt and pepper, to taste (I use around 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon dark pepper) 

1 tablespoon minced garlic 

1 teaspoon onion powder 

1 teaspoon dried oregano 

1 teaspoon dried parsley 

1 teaspoon dried thyme 

crisp thyme or parsley for fixing (discretionary)

Guidelines 

In an expansive bowl consolidate steak, potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, and seasonings and hurl to join. 

2. Partition steak and potatoes between four 12x12 inch sheets of foil, at that point wrap the foil firmly around the substance to frame your foil packs. Flame broil over high warmth for around 10 minutes on each side or until steak and potatoes are cooked through OR heat at 425 degrees for around 20-25 minutes until cooked through to wanted doneness (see note). 

**If you incline toward a scorch on your steak, you can open up the parcels toward the end and cook for a few minutes specifically on the flame broil, or for heating you can change broiler to sear for a couple of minutes (with bundles opened). 

3. Trimming with crisp thyme or parsley and serve quickly.
