Firm Cauliflower Hot Wings

Fixings
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 medications yellow onion, hacked
1 tbsp avocado oil
2/some water
2/3 container GF flour mix
1/4 container almond flour*
1 tablespoon tomato glue
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 head cauliflower, cut into 2-inch florets
1/3 container hot sauce
Directions
Preheat stove to 450 degrees F.
Warmth avocado oil on medications high on stove-best, and saute garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes, until delicate and translucent.
Expel from warmth, and add to blender with 2/some water. Mix until generally smooth.
Include GF flour, almond flour, tomato glue, paprika, and parsley to blender. Mix until it makes a hitter that is thick and smooth.
Move into bowl with the cauliflower florets, and blend until cauliflower pieces are totally covered.
Place cauliflower pieces on a heating sheet fixed with material paper, not contacting one another.
Heat for 25 minutes, until the edges dark colored and fresh. (They won't get totally fresh while in the broiler.)
Expel from broiler, and let sit for 3-4 minutes to fresh up.
Sprinkle with hot sauce and serve promptly.

*You can mix almonds in a fast blender to make almond flour for this formula.
