Fixings 

200 grams egg white 

50 grams sugar 

100 grams of dim chocolate 

Ocean salt 

Margarine 

100 grams darker sugar 

Guidelines 

Soften the dull chocolate in a pan. Margarine the glasses and pour darker sugar to cover the dividers. 

In a blending bowl pour the egg white and sugar, beat the egg whites. Include the chocolate and blend the egg whites and chocolate with a spatula. 

Spot the blend in a funneling sack and fill the glasses. Smooth the highest point of the glasses with a spatula before placing them in the broiler for 5 minutes at 410°F/210°C. Include cocoa powder, ground dim chocolate and a spot of salt.
