Chicken Fajita Quesadillas - sautéed onions, red and green peppers, consummately prepared chicken bosom, dissolved cheddar, between two tortillas. Just yummy

Fixings 

2 tbsp olive oil 

2 tbsp fajita blend 

3 chicken bosoms boneless and skinless 

1 red chime pepper 

1 green chime pepper 

2 onions 

1 container Tex Mex cheddar or cheddar 

salsa 

sharp cream 

8 tortillas 

2 tbsp spread 

Directions 

Tidy and hack up the onion into long strips. Cut the peppers into long strips. Clean and cut the chicken bosoms into long strips and spot in a bowl. 

Include a tbsp of the fajita blend to the chicken bosom and blend well. 

In an extensive skillet, heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil and add the chicken to it. Cook the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes until it's completely cooked and never again pink, and it's marginally singed, yet not consumed. 

Expel chicken from skillet, and wipe the skillet clean. 

Include another tbsp of olive oil to the skillet and warmth it up. Include the onion and cook for two or three minutes until it's somewhat translucent. Include the peppers and the fajita blend and blend well. Cook for a couple more minutes so the peppers cook somewhat. Add the chicken to the skillet, blend with peppers and onions and cook for a moment. 

In a spotless skillet, include a touch of the spread and soften. Include a tortilla and move it around until it's rich. Include a tad of the chicken and onion blend over the tortilla, and around 1/4 measure of cheddar, contingent upon how you like it. Include another tortilla best and pat it down. 

Presently flip it over and cook on the opposite side until the opposite side is decent and brilliant. Expel from skillet and cut into quarters. Rehash these means with the rest of the tortillas. Serve this with some acrid cream and salsa.
