TRIPLE CHEDDAR CHICKEN AND PASTA Formula
Fixings
FOR THE CHICKEN
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken bosoms cut into 1 in pieces
1 TB crisp thyme
olive oil
salt and pepper
FOR THE PASTA
1 lb fusili pasta or rotini
2 TB margarine
2 TB flour
2 tsp minced garlic
2 c milk
1 c destroyed triple cheddar
2 TB crisp thyme
1 TB oregano
1/4 c ground Parmesan cheddar
Guidelines
Cook pasta as guided on box to still somewhat firm.
While pasta is cooking, add oil to a skillet and include chicken pieces. Sprinkle on thyme, salt and pepper and cook until chicken is cooked through.
In a different container, include spread and liquefy medium warmth. When dissolved, gather flour and speed into a single unit. Include garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, trailed by the milk. Cook until the sauce thickens and after that add cheddar and mix to liquefy.
At that point, add chicken pieces and pasta to the sauce and blend until very much joined. Sprinkle on thyme and oregano. Top with ground Parmesan cheddar and serve warm.
