Fixings
1 box JIFFY corn biscuit blend
1 egg
1/2 container harsh cream
1/2 container creamed corn
1 lb ground meat
1 onion, hacked
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. stew powder
10 oz can red enchiladas sauce (separated)
cheddar, destroyed
Monterey jack cheddar, destroyed
little bunch cilantro leaves, hacked
New jalapeño, slashed (discretionary)
Sharp cream
Directions
Preheat stove to 400 degrees. Oil a 8X8* pyrex goulash dish. Join egg, acrid cream, creamed corn and jiffy blend and prepare in meal dish for 20 minutes or until brilliant dark colored. Expel from broiler and put aside.
In the interim darker ground meat and onion. Include the garlic the latest possible time. Channel oil and include salt, cumin and bean stew powder.
Jab gaps all in the cornbread. Pour 1/2 glass enchilada sauce everywhere throughout the cornbread. (Spare the rest of serving) At that point spoon the meat blend over the cornbread and best with loads of cheddar. Prepare for 20 minutes or until dark colored and air pocket. Top with cleaved cilantro and (discretionary) jalapeños and serve sprinkled with the remaining enchilada sauce and acrid cream :- )
***I broke my 8×8 container a week ago so I needed to utilize a pie dish, it fit (scarcely) however I couldn't put as much cheddar as I would have preferred. Next time, I will utilize a 8×8 in light of the fact that Mother enjoys a ton of cheddar
