2 tbsp/30 g unsalted spread
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion , finely hacked
2 garlic cloves , minced
500 g/1 lb chicken thigh , cut into chomp estimate pieces (Note 1)
2 ½ tbsp flour (or 1 ½ tbsp. cornflour/cornstarch)
2 glasses/500 ml drain (any, I utilize low fat)
2 glasses/500 ml chicken soup
1 ¼ glasses/225g white rice , uncooked (Note 2)
1 tsp dried thyme (or other herb of decision)
Salt and pepper
1 vast head of broccoli, broken/cut into little florets (~400 - 500g/14 oz - 1 lb) (Note 3)
2 mugs/200g destroyed mozzarella or cheddar (or other cheddar of decision) (Note 4)
Finely cleaved parsley , discretionary topping
Guidelines
Soften spread and warmth oil in a pot over high warmth. Include onion and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Include chicken and cook until it changes from pink to white. (Note 5)
Turn stove DOWN to medium. Include flour and blend for 1 minute.
Include a large portion of the drain, blending as you go, and once consolidated into the flour include whatever is left of the drain and mix.
Include stock, rice, thyme and a simply squeeze of salt and pepper.
Blend, convey to stew, at that point cover. Swing down to medium low and cook for 12 minutes.
