1 tablespoon warm water
1/2 teaspoons apple juice vinegar or lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 lemon cut into wedges
Guidelines
Season the outside of the salmon with salt, dark pepper and cayenne pepper. Put aside.
