Fixings
1.5 to 2 lbs round steak, meagerly cut (the more daintily they are cut, the less cooking time is required)
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 onion, cut
1 ringer pepper, cut
32 oz low-sodium hamburger juices
6 French rolls
12 cuts of Provolone, American, or other cheddar
Guidelines
Rub the steak with pepper and garlic powder. Spot in the moderate cooker.
Include onion, ringer pepper and hamburger juices.
Blend to blend.
Cook on low for 5-7 hours or until meat is delicate.
Preheat broiler to 350F.
Toast open moves for a few minutes until marginally dry.
Lay a bit of cheddar on the two sides of the roll.
Use tongs to evacuate meat, onions and ringer pepper from moderate cooker (giving juices a chance to trickle off) and heap over rolls.
Come back to the broiler to dissolve cheddar.
Serve hot!
