Fixings: 

1 huge head cauliflower 

4 oz. cream cheddar, cut into 3D squares 

1/2 container acrid cream 

1/4 container minced green onions 

1/4 container crisply ground Parmesan cheddar (or more) 

6 cuts bacon (or progressively), cooked until exceptionally fresh, fat smeared with paper towel and afterward disintegrated 

1 container ground sharp cheddar 

Bearings: 

Preheat stove to 350F/180C. Splash a glass meal dish with olive oil or non-stick shower. Cut out stem and center from cauliflower, and cut into little pieces. Cook in substantial pot of bubbling salted water until cauliflower is delicate, however not excessively delicate. Channel well and crush with potato masher, abandoning a few pieces. 

While cauliflower is cooking, cook the bacon and disintegrate, cut green onions, 3D shape the cream cheddar, measure acrid cream, and measure Parmesan. Blend cream cheddar, harsh cream, green onion, Parmesan, and 3/4 of the disintegrated bacon into the depleted cauliflower.
