Hot Mexican Chicken Lasagne

This formula is without gluten, Thinning World and Weight Watchers cordial 

Additional Simple -  free per serving 

Unique/SP -  per serving (use cuts of zucchini or butternut squash rather than pasta) 

Gluten Free - use gluten free pasta sheets 


Fixings 

600g (21oz) of additional lean ground chicken (mince) or can utilize turkey 

1 onion, finely cleaved 

1 red pepper, finely cleaved 

1 green pepper, finely cleaved 

2 cloves of garlic, pounded 

9 tablespoons of quark 

2 mugs (480ml) of passata 

1 glass (240 ml) of water 

1.5 teaspoon of bean stew powder 

1.5 teaspoon of cumin 

1.5 teaspoons of paprika 

1.5 teaspoon of onion powder 

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 

1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar 

1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 

2 tsp of sukrin gold (or other sugar of decision) 

90g (3oz) of cheddar (3 x HEa's) 

150g (5.5 oz) of mozzarella (3 x HEa's) 

9 broiler prepared lasagne sheets, (can utilize gluten free) 

2 vine tomatoes, cut 

salt and pepper to season 

Shower oil 

Crisp cleaved coriander (cilantro) 

Guidelines 

Preheat broiler to 180c or 350f 

Include the passata, water, vinegar, flavors and sukrin gold to a little pan, convey to the bubble and diminish to a stew. 

Shower a griddle with non stick splash and include the ground chicken, peppers, onion and garlic. 

Cook until ground chicken is carmelized, lower warmth and blend in the quark. 

Shower a stove confirmation square shape dish with splash oil 

Include 3 lasagne sheets

Include another 3 lasagne sheets and the staying chicken blend and spread out

Spread with foil and prepare in the stove for approx 20 mins, at that point expel the foil and come back to the broiler for another 20mins until cheddar on top is carmelized. (can put under the sear/barbecue for approx 5 mins on the off chance that you truly need to dark colored up the best)
