Hot Mexican Chicken Lasagne

90g (3oz) of cheddar (3 x HEa's)
150g (5.5 oz) of mozzarella (3 x HEa's)
9 broiler prepared lasagne sheets, (can utilize gluten free)
2 vine tomatoes, cut
salt and pepper to season
Shower oil
Crisp cleaved coriander (cilantro)
Guidelines
Preheat broiler to 180c or 350f
Include the passata, water, vinegar, flavors and sukrin gold to a little pan, convey to the bubble and diminish to a stew.
