1 18.1 oz box Van de Kamp Firm Fish Tenders 

8 corn tortillas 

2 mugs tri-shading cole slaw blend 

queso fresco 

Cooked Corn Salsa: 

1 12 oz pack Winged creatures Eye Steamfresh Overly Sweet Corn 

1/3 glass diced Red Ringer Pepper 

1/4 glass diced red onion 

2 limes squeezed 

1 Roma tomato diced 

3/4 glass cleaved cilantro 

salt and pepper to taste 

Rich Avocado Sauce: 

1 ready avocado 

1/4 glass light acrid cream 

1/2 lime squeezed 

Guidelines 

Preheat broiler as indicated by directions. 

Pour the pack of Winged creatures Eye corn onto a preparing sheet. Sear for 10 minutes mixing every so often, until corn is cooked through and pleasantly brilliant. 

Join corn, lime juice, red onion, red ringer pepper, tomato, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix until joined and refrigerate. 

Spot fish tenders in the stove and prepare as indicated by directions. 

In the interim, crush avocado and consolidate with sharp cream and lime juice. Exchange to a ziploc sack and refrigerate until required. 

To gather tacos, warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds on half power. Layer cole slaw blend, fish tenders, and broiled corn salsa. Cut the edge of the avocado sack and shower to finish everything. Sprinkle disintegrated queso fresco to finish everything and serve promptly.
