Chicken Vegetable Ramen Noodles

Fixings 

2 bundles ramen or other moment noodles , dispose of flavoring (Note 1) 

1 tbsp oil 

2 garlic cloves , minced 

1/2 onion , cut 

200g/7oz chicken thighs, cut into chomp measure pieces (Note 2) 

1/4 glasses (315 ml) water, in addition to additional as required 

1 carrot , cut into matchsticks 

1 little red capsicum/ringer pepper , cut 

2 glasses cabbage , finely cut (any sort) 

SAUCE: 

1 tbsp dull soy sauce (Note 3) 

1 tbsp Shellfish sauce (or Hoisin, Note 4) 

2 tsp Hoisin sauce (or more Shellfish sauce) 

1 tbsp Mirin (Note 5) 

Embellishments (Discretionary): 

Finely cut green onion/shallots 

Directions 

Blend Sauce. 

Warmth oil in an extensive skillet over high warmth. Include onion and garlic, cook for 1/2 minutes until beginning to go brilliant. 

Include chicken and cook just until the outside generally changes from pink to white. 

Include Sauce and cook for 1 minute until chicken is very caramelized. 

Include carrot and capsicum, cook for 1 minute (chicken should now be pleasantly caramelized, see video). 

Push chicken and veg to the side to make enough space for the noodles. Include water, put noodles in water. 

At the point when the water begins stewing on the edges, leave noodles for 45 seconds at that point turn. 

Leave for 30 seconds, at that point unravel the noodles, at that point hurl through the chicken and veg.
