2 tbsp spread
1-2 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat the stove to 200ºc/390ºF.
Cut the cauliflower floret off the head of cauliflower. Cleave the rest of the stalk into nibble measure pieces. Spot the cauliflower into a huge simmering plate and sprinkle over the oil and season with the flavors at that point place into the stove and dish for 30 minutes until brilliant dark colored and cooked.
