Caramel Chocolate Panna Cotta

Fixings
Caramel:
1/2 measure of sugar
4 tablespoons of water, separated
Panna cotta:
3/4 measure of overwhelming cream, warm
3/some milk, warm
1/2 measure of sugar
4 tablespoons of cocoa
3/4 tablespoon of gelatin (put into ice water)
Trimming:
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce
Stop dried raspberries
Sprinkles
Mint leaf
Directions
To make the caramel, include sugar and 1 tablespoon water in a pan at that point heat over medium warmth. When the shading turns golden, turn off warmth and cautiously include remaining water. Blend well.
Include milk, cream, cocoa, sugar and gelatin and heat to the point of boiling.
Empty blend into a rectangular shape and refrigerate until firm.
Expel from shape, and cut into individual servings. Enrich with enhancement before serving.
