STEAKS:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon spread
1 container universally handy flour
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
legitimate salt and crisply ground dark pepper
1 huge egg
1/4 container water
2 pounds 3D square steak
Nation Sauce:
3 tablespoons spread
4 tablespoons generally useful flour
1/2 containers low sodium chicken or hamburger juices
1 container drain

Directions
