The best recipe and delicious family favorite #Copycat #Texas #Roadhouse #Steak #Rub

A straightforward mix of fixings from this great steakhouse that will draw out the best flavor in your next chicken or steak!

Fixings

1.5 tablespoons coarse genuine salt

2 teaspoons dark colored sugar

1/4 teaspoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon bean stew powder

1 teaspoon dark pepper

Guidelines

Join all fixings in a gallon-sized plastic sack and seal it firmly. Shake it to completely consolidate all fixings.

Liberally cover each side of the steak with the flavoring and let it rest for around 40 minutes. This enables the salt to enter through the surface (as a natural side effect) and really helps separate the muscle filaments, which results in a progressively delicate meat. Amid this time, the fluid that at first surfaced has sufficient energy to reabsorb, which makes the meat juicer.

When the barbecue is decent and hot, put the steak(s) on and cook for 4-5 minutes, until it's sautéed and marginally singed. Flip it over and cook for the accompanying extra time:

5 minutes: Medium Uncommon

7 minutes: Medium

10 minutes: Well Done
