This delectable broccoli serving of mixed greens is extraordinarily simple to make. It's solid, stacked with flavor and finished with a smooth mayonnaise yogurt dressing. 


Fixings 

broccoli serving of mixed greens 

1 expansive head of broccoli (approx 5 measures of florets) 

8 cuts bacon 

1/3 glass red onion, diced 

1/2 glass dried cranberries 

1/2 glass sunflower seeds 

1/4 glass goat cheddar, disintegrated

1/2 glass mayonnaise 

1/4 glass plain yogurt 

Headings 

Preheat the broiler to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Add the bacon cuts to a material lined preparing plate and cook for 15 minutes or until firm. Expel the bacon from the stove and exchange to a paper towel to dry and cool. 

While the bacon is cooking, cut off all the broccoli florets and ensure they're in nibble estimated pieces. Add them to a huge blending bowl alongside the red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and goat cheddar. 

To make the dressing, add the mayonnaise and yogurt to a little bowl and blend together. Add the dressing to the blending bowl and mix until everything is very much joined.
